Keith

Keith's Challenge

Keith is responsible for national sales and marketing of a nearly $1 billion organization.  He anticipates upcoming significant personnel changes within the senior leadership team.  Keith is uncertain about where he fits in to the future of the company, and not sure about what he wants his next professional move to be.

Phil coached Keith to identify his professional and personal objectives, then envision how various scenarios led to impacting his family and work life.  This led to Keith developing clarity about his priorities, and to build a plan to move him toward his preferred outcome.

Nina

Nina's Challenge

Nina had moved steadily up the corporate ladder.  Unfortunately, she realized she had become disconnected from her team.  Now responsible for 14 offices and nearly 200 people was keeping her tied to her office and away from team members, and even customers.   Her overall enthusiasm for her work needed a boost.

Phil coached Nina to reflect upon her values, and gain clarity about the aspects of her work where she finds energy and motivation.   She was able to assess which parts of her job are most fulfilling, restructure her schedule, and delegate differently resulting in increased engaged with her team, and a renewed sense of enthusiasm for her career.
